to enhance the competitiveness for the award application, on july 19 of 2019, haafs organized a special meeting to facilitate its qualified candidates of the provincial science and technology award to optimize their defense materials for peer-review. the meeting was held at haafs’ headquarter in shijiazhuang and vice-president sun shigang attended.
this year there are 7 research achievements handed in by haafs have passed the online evaluation and selection. to improve the competitiveness of the defense materials in the peer review, director of s&t management division yue zengliang, at the meeting, explained in details about the key points needed to pay special attention to when preparing the materials, the time allocation of different parts in the video and the quality of the texts. to give the scientists a better understanding, yue also showed the video examples that had been awarded the first prize in recent years.
more than 50 people from the institutes of haafs participated in the meeting.
